Refunds & Return Policy

At Lunar Light, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality skincare products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refunds & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products after delivery for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is missing from the order
  • The item received is expired or defective

2. Return Request Timeline

Any return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in approved cases such as:

  • Order cancellation before dispatch
  • Out-of-stock products
  • Approved damaged/incorrect product claims
  • Failed transactions where payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

4. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, Lunar Light may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to verification of the issue and product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
  • Requests made after the specified return window

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
